Facilitate sensemaking

A first approach  to facilitate a sensemaking  session  consist in using the following questions steps

1. Before looking at dashboard and stories

   1. What do you expect ?

   2. What are your hypotheses ?

   3. Who are the key stakeholders ?

2. Review the dashboard

   1. The dashboard is accessible here

   2. For the moment we have collected  a limited number of stories. You can read them here

3. Collective discussion : 

   1. What do you notice?

   2. What are the key trends ?

   3. Are there specificities in your sample?

   4. Are there outliers ?

   5. What surprises you ?

   6. Try to explain : what hypothesis can you suggest?

   7. How can you confirm or reject your hypothesis ?

   8. Can you find “positive” or “negative” stories?

( define “positive” and “negative” for you)

3. 9. What could be done to have more “positive” and fewer “negative” ?
