The fifth work week went by like a flash, it was crazy to think we were already here. Though work had been exhausting, in the end it felt to have gone by suprisingly fast. Just a moment ago we entered the establishment, documents in hand, now we were on our last week, then our last day and suddenly leaving, likely to never see this job or these people again. Work tasks remained the same for the week, though it felt we did talk more with the workers. In the end, while we were excited to leave, it was a bit bittersweet. The workers we're sweet and the longevity of the internship still earned a certain odd feeling about the fact that we were leaving. We were even gifted parting gifts from the company, a shirt and a jacket. When we arrived they sent us an email thanking us for our work.
On our last day, we focused on cleaning up our AirBNB. Packing up all our things, leaving a gift for our AirBNB host and getting as much sleep as we could before our grueling wake up at 4:30 am to start heading to the airport. Travelling day was exhausting and long, but we were excited to return back to Estonian soil. This experience was a whirlwind of emotions. Excaustion, physical pains, learning and working but also going to wonderful new places, meeting different people and most of all growing as people, growing as friends. We left with a lot of life experience, knowledge on work and our skills, on jobs, Norway and living abroad. We learnt a lot. This experience was truly one of a lifetime and one we're upmost glad we got to partake in. Lots to say and think.
Norway, we'll miss you, Thank you.
