Our work week repeated much of the same patterns as beforehand. Admittedly the tasks didn't differ so much day to day, the company is no small one but it isn't exactly big either. We did do a lot in the focacco area though, despite multiple interns We seemed to be favored in that regard for whatever reason. Foccaco work was probably the hardest in the terms of how dirty it got you and how time seemed to slow even more.
What was fun though was getting to work at the big ovens the company had. These ovens, as we were told, are kind of unique to this company. Theyre large and fit a lot of breads at once, as well as being semi automatic. We got to assist in placing the breads onto the belt as well as taking the fresh bread and placing it onto trollys.
During the weekend, we we're visited by Miia's mom and brother. This led all four of us to hangout over the weekend, go around more spots and look around the city. We saw the city, the famous Vigeland sculpture park, some fun stores (papers store, a crafts store, an anime store, beauty store...) and also ate out at a local cafe again. We spent a lot of money.......It was a good time!
