We've rebuilt the Products section of your Merchant Dashboard from the ground up. You can now see how competitive your prices are across your entire catalogue, find and manage individual SKUs faster, and control product visibility on Vivino — all in one place.
Pricing insight cards — a catalogue-wide pricing summary at the top of the page
Price competitiveness per SKU — see the pricing health of every product in the table
Live search & faceted filters — find any product in seconds by name, SKU, type, country, and more
Visibility toggle — show or hide products on Vivino instantly, without touching your feed
Quick links — jump to your store page or the Vivino product page for any SKU
At the top of the Products page, five cards give you an instant overview of how your catalogue's prices compare to the wider market. Each card shows the percentage of your SKUs that fall into that pricing tier.
🚫 Non-competitive: Prices above market average — at risk of losing the buy button
⚠️ At risk: Prices approaching the upper limit of the acceptable range
🏷️ Standard: Prices at market average — acceptable but not competitive
🚀 Competitive: Prices are market-friendly and well-positioned
🔍 Unavailable: No comparable market reference price exists for this wine
Things to know about the cards:
The five percentages always add up to 100% of your SKUs on Vivino
The cards reflect your whole catalogue — they don't update when you apply a filter
A card showing 0% is non-interactive
Clicking a card filters the product table to show only SKUs in that tier
Each SKU in the table displays one of the five competitiveness labels above. The comparison is made against the wider market for that wine — drawing on both internal Vivino data and external market channels — not just other merchants on Vivino.
How to act on this: Focus first on SKUs labelled Non-competitive or At risk. These represent the greatest opportunity for pricing improvement. Prices are updated via your product feed — see the FAQ section below for details.
The table is full-width and paginated. Here's what each column shows:
Wine details — bottle image, Vivino wine name, your SKU/product ID, Vivino rating and count, wine type, region, and country
Size — bottle format (e.g. Bottle 0.75 l, ½ Bottle 0.375 l)
Stock — inventory count as listed in your feed
SKU price — your feed price. For single-bottle and fixed-case SKUs, this is the total price. For tiered pricing, it's the per-bottle price
Quantity — number of bottles the SKU applies to. A plain number (e.g. 6) means a fixed case; a + value (e.g. 6+) means a minimum quantity for tiered pricing
Competitiveness — Competitive / Standard / At risk / Non-competitive / Unavailable label per SKU
Visibility — toggle to show or hide the SKU on Vivino, takes effect immediately
Links — quick links to the product page on your site and the matched Vivino product page (both open in a new tab)
The search bar sits in the page header and filters results in real time as you type.
Multi-word search uses AND logic — searching "Tinazzi Tenuta" returns only wines matching both words, not wines matching either word alone
Partial matches are supported — "tinazz" will return "Tinazzi"; search is case-insensitive
SKU lookup — typing an exact SKU (your product ID from the feed) returns that specific SKU; works for numeric and alphanumeric IDs
Note: The search treats a SKU as just another word. Mixing wine name words and a SKU in one query may return no results — search by name or by SKU separately.
Click the Filter button next to the search bar to open the filter drawer on the right side of the page. Filters are faceted — every selection immediately narrows the results and updates the other filter options to show only what's still available.
Available filter categories:
Price competitiveness — Non-competitive, At risk, Standard, Competitive, Unavailable
Wine type — Red, White, Sparkling, Rosé, Dessert, Fortified
Vivino rating — pick a floor: 5 stars, 4 & up, 3 & up, down to 1 & up, or "Not rated"
Country — alphabetical list with flags; includes a search field for large catalogues
Region — alphabetical list; narrows automatically once a country is selected
Bottle size — only the sizes you actually sell
Case quantity — only the quantities you actually sell
Visibility — Visible or Hidden
Inventory — Out of stock (0), Critically low (1–10), Low (11–25), Moderate (26–100), High (100+)
Selection rules:
You can pick one option per category and combine across categories (e.g. Red wine + 6 bottles)
You cannot select two values within the same category (e.g. Red wine + White wine is not supported)
Filter selections are saved when you navigate away and come back to the page
Each row has a visibility toggle that controls whether that SKU is shown to buyers on Vivino. The change takes effect immediately — no feed update required.
Visible — the product is shown to buyers on Vivino as normal
Hidden — the product is not shown to buyers, but it remains in your feed and catalogue; toggle back to Visible at any time to re-list it
Hiding a product does not remove it from Vivino permanently. It simply stops being shown to buyers until you re-enable it.
The Orders, Account, and Feed sections — only the Products section has been updated
How product and price data flows in — still via your merchant feed
Commission rules
URLs — the Products section is at the same path, so bookmarks still work
The way you update prices — always through your feed
Why did my Products page change? We rebuilt the Products section so you can see how your prices compare to the wider market for each wine, and so it's easier to find and manage your SKUs. The new pricing insight cards, competitiveness labels, and filter panel are designed to help you make faster, more informed decisions about your catalogue.
What does "At risk" or "Non-competitive" mean? Both labels indicate your SKU price is above what the market typically charges for that wine. At risk means you're approaching the upper limit of the acceptable price range. Non-competitive means your price is significantly above market average — SKUs in this tier are at risk of losing the Vivino buy button.
How do I change a price? Prices come from your product feed. Update the price in your own system and the dashboard will reflect it after the next feed refresh and Vivino re-index. Editing prices directly in the dashboard is not available in the current version.
The price in the table looks different from the Vivino product page. Why? The table shows your feed price. The Vivino product page may display a different merchant's price or an Offer price depending on active promotions. You can manage your Vivino promotions in the Offers section of the Merchant Dashboard.
Why does the Quantity column show "6+" instead of "6"? The + indicates tiered pricing — "6+" means the SKU is priced per bottle for orders of 6 or more bottles. A plain "6" means a fixed case of exactly 6 bottles, where the SKU price is the total for that case.
I hid a product — is it removed from Vivino? No. Hidden products remain in your feed and catalogue; they're just not shown to buyers on Vivino. Toggle the row back to Visible at any time to re-list it.
Why don't the pricing insight cards update when I apply a filter? The insight cards always reflect your whole catalogue. They're designed to give you a stable overview of your entire pricing health, independent of whatever subset you're currently browsing in the table.
Can I sort the table by clicking a column header? Column sorting is not available in the current version. Use the Search bar and the Filter drawer to narrow and find the products you need.
My filter selections disappeared. What happened? Filter selections are saved when you navigate away within the dashboard and return to the Products page. If your selections are gone, simply re-apply them from the filter drawer.
