Thinking traps are negative thoughts that can trick our minds and make us feel worse than we should. They make us see things in extreme ways, like believing one mistake means we will always fail. Some common thinking traps include assuming the worst, guessing what others think without proof, and blaming ourselves for things we can't control. These thoughts can cause stress and stop us from making good choices. To avoid thinking traps, we should think more positively to help ourselves to get out of them. This can make us feel calmer and make better decisions.
The Green Zone is a happy and comfortable state of mind where people feel safe, relaxed, and in control of their emotions. When we are in the Green Zone, we experience positive feelings such as joy, pride, and confidence. When we are in the Green Zone, it is easier to solve problems, build stronger relationships, and enjoy daily activities with family or friends. Being in this zone helps us stay patient and kind, even when faced with major challenges. To stay in the Green Zone, we can practice deep breathing, positive thinking, and doing activities we enjoy, such as listening to music, reading books, or spending time with friends and family. Taking care of our physical and mental health also helps us remain in this positive state, allowing us to handle lifeโs ups and downs with a clear and happy mindset.ย

This is the first project where I worked with others at this school since I am a transfer student. At first, I felt both nervous and excited. I was nervous because I didnโt know how well I would get along with my new classmates, but I was also excited to collaborate and learn with them.
Cooperating with my team was a valuable experience. Although it was a little difficult at times because we had different opinions, we eventually learned to listen to each other and find solutions that worked for everyone. We shared ideas, divided tasks, and supported one another to complete the project successfully. Even when we disagreed, we kept trying and found ways to function as a team. In the end, we overcame all the challenges together, which improved the final result. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, patience, and understanding other perspectives. It also helped me feel more confident and comfortable working with others in the future.
Besides, through researching and exploring the concepts of thinking traps and the green zone, I have become better at managing stress and anxiety, so I am not easily frustrated with schoolwork or personal relationships anymore.Last, I look forward to more opportunities to work closely on other interesting topics with my friends and classmates.
