How do I access the conference?
Our event will be streamed starting at 8:00 am and ending around 4:00 pm via YouTube Live to your computer or mobile device. This is different from a dial-in call or a webinar, meaning that you do not need to log in or dial in to a specific phone number or meeting.
Click here to access the conference on November 10 or copy and paste this YouTube link https://youtu.be/VTT9_9HzU30 into your browser.
Are there any technical requirements?
We strongly recommend that you access our conference from a computer with a fast internet connection to provide the best experience, but you can also stream the conference to your mobile device or tablet.
What if I’m experiencing technical issues?
First, make sure your device is connected to the internet, your volume is turned on, and you have a good internet connection. You can also try a different browser.
For the best live streaming experience, please:
Change “Top Chat” to “Live Chat” at the top of the Chat bar on the right to ensure you're seeing all the comments as they come in.
Check regularly that the red dot next to the word "Live" is lit up on the bottom of the video, on the same bar as the "Play" button. If the dot is gray, you are not viewing the live video. You can also refresh your video page as needed to keep it live.
If you have audio/video issues, check your volume on your computer, and on Youtube, or refresh the page. Your computer volume can be on but your youtube volume may be low or muted. Please click on the volume icon next to the “live” icon in the YouTube player.
For a version of this guide with screenshots, please view this document.
How can I ask questions or interact with speakers?
We will use a chat function on YouTube Live throughout the conference, and will provide instructions on how to access it once our livestream begins. If you do not have a YouTube/Gmail account, please establish one prior to the conference in order to be prepared. Instructions are located here. The VNA/VNF Code of Conduct will be enforced at this event, as well as all other VNA/VNF events.
What if I have to step away from the live stream?
Don’t worry! We are recording the event, and as an attendee you will have access to the recording for six months after the conference.
Download and view the agenda for the day here.
Presentation materials will be updated as they come in. View them here.
