Ms. Walker - Advanced Graphic Design

This week was all about finishing up our intro into the Seven Habits. We have focused on teamwork and what it is like to communicate with each other effectively. Next week, students will be reintroduced to Graphic Design by going over the elements, principles, and color theory.

Mr. Watts — Algebra II

This week we finished our introduction to linear equations. We started by taking notes and going over different equations and steps as the week went by. This upcoming week we will continue our path of linear equations and prepare for the upcoming quiz.

Ms. Carter — Physics/Engineering

These first two weeks have been great for strengthening our understanding of the 7 Habits. We, also, started the brainstorming process for this Semester's engineering projects. This coming week we will begin our exploration of Physics, starting with processes of Physics investigations and leading into One-Dimensional motion.

Mr. Henson — English III

This week we have been finishing up our initial foray into the 7 Habits and have started discussing the craft tools authors use to make their writing shine. Next week, we will work on close reading, comma rules, and independent reading.

Mr. Stewart — United States History

This week we finished our discussion on the 7 Habits, and have begun talking about what skills we need as historians such as bias, context, and source types. Next week, we will have a review of early America.
