Otak Country Transit was apart the reformation and creation of Otak Country Group Holdings which owns Darent Valley, Malarchetts and Wootton operations, the Otak Country formed on 5 August 2022 with existing entities as well as Valley Group and OSEL Transit including vehicles, although not taking place as an entire map, they are all 'split' but in reality just renaming the current games, the fleet is the same for both operators.
By far, OSEL Transit is the only operator for a self-owned game, Valley Group running on Legacy Worthing.

On 27 March 2024, Otak Country Bus Simulator released.
Otak Country Transport partially acts as a placeholder for public bus services as Tako Square is the depot where everyone can drive from.
On 5 May 2024, this depart was opened, at the same time, part of the route 234 allocation transferred to this depot.
On 27 May 2024, part of the 160 and 161 allocations passed to FN garage.
On 9 June 2024, route N167 was introduced.
Initially since the creation of routes 167, 234 and 302, TK housed them until 29 October 2022 when the 302 passed to OSEL Transit.
On 25 January 2024, route 245 was introduced. This route was lost between 14 to 19 April. The 245 will become an active route from Content Update 2 under the 245P temporarily.
On 29 April 2024, routes 166 and 168 were introduced.
On 27 May 2024, routes 166 and 167 were lost in trade for routes 160 and 161.
On 1 June 2024, route 169 was introduced though this was quickly lost on just after 2 weeks on 18 June passing to TransporaBus. At the same time on 18 June, route 162 was introduced to compensate for the 169 loss.
On 26 June 2024, route N168 was introduced.
