OSEL Transit is based off the withdrawn operator replaced by Cyprus Public Transport for Nicosia, Cyprus in 2020
The fleet under CityFox Travel would have been a Mercedes Benz Citaro Facelift though edits and mechanics wouldn't work properly, so this plan was replaced with OSEL Transit and a wholly refurbed Citaro C2 which is also in use with Valley Group, the type basically replaced all the remaining buses from Wainscott operators for players to see the vehicle early before DVaW 2. On 28 July 2021, the Optare Tempo was added to fleet but not the game, it will be available in an update to DVaW 1 along with the Scania OmniCity which was added to fleet on 16 August 2022.
OSEL Transit's fleet livery is blue (cyan on ROBLOX) with a dual door configuration to ease out time at bus stops.
OSEL Transit remains operational under the head name 'OSEL Transport of the Darent Valley'. The legacy game 'Darent Valley and Wainscott' was unofficially renamed to 'Wainscott Bus Simulator' on 11 April 2024 and remains open at present.
On 15 February 2022, the group came under ownership of Otak Country Group Holdings
On 17 October 2022, OSEL, Valley Group and Wootton & District Provinces came under the Otak Country Group flag.
On 29 October 2022, route 302 passed to OSEL bringing the group to Malarchetts/Otak Country for the first time.
On 23 March 2024, route 300 was introduced under this operator. Due to the Otak Country (then Malarchetts) project having a period of absence, there was no activity until January of the same year hence the large gap in service activity of OSEL.
On 28 April 2024, OSEL gained the new route OM-1. The day after, they won the contracts of routes 160, 161 and 302P (Partial 302, unofficial number of 302).
On 27 May 2024 (come Content Update 2 release), routes 160 and 161 passed to Otak Country Transport due to inactivity at one of its depots. In return OSEL gained the 166 and 167 to compensate..
