CHL Tests

Some states require citizens to pass a shooting test before being issued a concealed handgun license (CHL). State requirements very a lot, and most states don't require a test at all. To be clear, passing these tests does not make you an expert. These tests set the bar at a basic level of competency, but sometimes it's good just to test yourself against established standards.
