This VIP Membership & Subscription Agreement ("Subscription Agreement") governs your purchase and use of any paid subscription tiers, VIP plans, or premium features offered within the Blink mobile application (the "App").
By completing a purchase or subscribing to a premium plan within Blink, you agree to the terms laid out in this Subscription Agreement, which supplements the main Blink Terms of Service.
Blink offers premium access configurations to enhance your social and video experience. Our available subscription plans include:
Monthly VIP Plan (1-month duration)
3-Month VIP Plan (3-month duration)
12-Month VIP Plan (12-month duration)
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the collection of fees through our authorized primary billing accounts (such as the Google Play Billing Library or associated payment gateways). Fees are due at the beginning of each subscription period and are non-refundable except as explicitly provided herein.
To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscription tiers in Blink are configured to auto-renew automatically.
Mechanism: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of its current billing cycle (e.g., every month, every 3 months, or every 12 months) for successive periods equal in length to the initial term, at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate.
Authorization: You authorize the app store platform (Google Play) to automatically charge your chosen payment method within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription period.
You have the right to cancel your VIP membership subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future auto-renewals from processing, but does not result in a refund for the currently active billing period.
To cancel your subscription:
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Locate Blink in your active list and select Cancel subscription.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Following cancellation, you will retain access to your VIP privileges until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will automatically revert to a standard non-premium account status.
All charges for in-app subscriptions and VIP memberships are generally non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
Exceptions via App Stores: Refund requests must be requested and handled directly through the platform through which the purchase was transacted (e.g., Google Play Store refund request workflows). Blink does not possess the operational capacity to directly process, override, or refund payments executed via Google Play system billing tools.
Account Termination Impact: If your account is permanently banned or suspended due to a severe violation of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or CSAE Policy, you forfeit any remaining time on your active subscription and are not eligible for any refund or credit.
No Guarantee of Results: VIP memberships grant access to functional, aesthetic, or visibility upgrades within the app interface (such as enhanced messaging options or distinct profile badges). Blink explicitly makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding personal success, finding matches, receiving video views, obtaining response messages, or achieving any specific social outcome.
Service Alterations: We reserve the right to modify, add, adjust, or retire specific VIP features or subscription benefits at any time. Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for a refund.
