At Blink, our goal is to build an engaging, authentic, and safe adult social community centered around short videos and instant messaging. These Community Guidelines apply to all users and govern all interactions, video posts, comments, photos, and voice chats within the App.
By using Blink, you commit to upholding these rules. Failure to do so will result in content removal, restrictions, or permanent account banishment.
Blink is exclusively for adults. Minors are not permitted on the platform.
Do not create profiles representing individuals under 18 years old.
Do not upload videos or pictures featuring anyone under the age of 18, even if they are family members or background individuals.
If you spot an underage user, report them immediately using the profile report button under the category "Underage User."
Blink features a short-form video feed format similar to TikTok. When creating or interacting with video content:
No Severe Obscenity or Explicit Pornography: While we are an adult social app, we prohibit the publication of highly explicit sexual acts, non-consensual sexual content, or prostitution services.
No Violence or Gore: Do not publish videos or images showing physical violence, self-harm, cruelty to animals, or gory incidents.
Respect Intellectual Property: Only upload videos, images, and audio features that you have recorded yourself or have the legal right to distribute. Do not repost copyright-protected content belonging to creators without authorization.
Our instant messaging system supports text, images, and voice capabilities. When communicating with others:
Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Do not engage in bullying, cyberstalking, intimidation, extortion, or systematic harassment of other users.
No Hate Speech: We strictly prohibit any derogatory behavior or slurs targeted at race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sex, gender, or disability status.
No Scams or Commercial Spam: Do not use the chat or comment systems to sell products, solicit funds, distribute phishing links, or push financial scams.
Blink is designed primarily to connect individuals online.
Protect Personal Information: Never share highly sensitive financial details, passwords, or exact residential addresses in public feeds or with unverified chat contacts.
Offline Interaction Risk: If you choose to transition your online chat to an offline, real-world meetup, remember that Blink does not perform criminal background checks on its user base. You choose to meet offline entirely at your own discretion and risk. Always prioritize meeting in high-traffic public locations and remain vigilant.
We empower our community to help maintain a safe environment through active safety mechanisms:
Reporting: If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, tap the Report button located on the specific video, comment, or user profile.
Blocking: If someone is annoying, bothering, or harassing you, tap Block on their profile to cut off all communication paths.
Consequences: Our moderation team reviews reported violations regularly. We reserve the absolute right to issue warnings, delete violating video or media streams, mute chat or voice systems, or permanently delete accounts for repeated or severe violations.
