Documentation gives credence to our success and value. So, be it records or maintained documented documents, they are created, assessed, reviewed, classified, stored in a predetermined manner as documented in our Document Numbering and Document Control Procedures.
This specifies how our documents and assets are numbered in Zelo. It is subject to periodic review.
Apart from the usual routine of keeping hard copy documents away from those who should not have access or edit it, electronic documentation are controlled through the Zelo cloud control system which provides access to staff only if need be.
