Sword, Stone, and Treant: Conqueror

Sword, Stone, and Treant: Conqueror is a high pace Rock, Paper, Scissors inspired shoot em up. With 3 enemy types and a major boss for each type, the player has to think quickly to succeed.

 

 

The game contains 3 enemy types with unique behaviours based on their counterpart in Rock, Paper, Scissors. For example, the rock will attempt to bowl into the player, however they can be rebounded by the scroll (paper) and damage other enemies instead. The trees will fire spitball projectiles at the player, however they can be destroyed by using the sword, which also defeats the tree itself.

For each enemy type, there is also a major boss who appears after defeating a set amount of the enemy. Each has much more health and three distinct stages with different behaviour based on the health, getting harder as the boss's health declines.

My Role in Sword, Stone, and Treant: Conqueror

This project was entirely developed by me alone. It's completely made in Unity and programmed in C#, and the assets were created using Aseprite.
