You've never created a haunted house before, thankfully you've got your kind pumpkin scarecrow helping guide you through the endless nights of trick or treaters. However, something seems to be wrong, and children have started going missing since you've opened up your house... and let the pumpkin loose...
At the conclusion of the game jam, Blight of Pumpkin Manor won the Best Technical Design award.
My Role in Blight of Pumpkin Manor
For this project, I primarily worked in programming the main gameplay systems. I was responsible for the tracking of resources, scare decorations system (including jumpscaring), and tying placement of decorations into the resource system. I also set up all the child & animation decorations in engine.
