The following information is provided related to entrance exam and enrollment:

Junior High School Department

Entrance examination for Incoming Grade 7:

June 8onwards

7:30-9:30 (1^st Batch) 1:00-3:00 (3^rd batch)

10:00-12:00 (2^nd batch) 3:30-5:30 (4^th batch)

Incoming freshmen should pre-register, so that they can be given an EntranceTest Schedule Slip via email/cellphone message/FB/Messenger.

Mode of entrance exam is in person and will be scheduled to a limited number of students to enforce strict physical distancing. Only 20 students will be accommodated/testing room. Entrance test result will also serve as bases of Enrichment/Remedial Class in English and Math to be scheduled during the school year.

Freshmen Enrollment- June 15 – August, 2020

Requirements:

1. Form 138/card-submitted upon enrollment

2. PSA birth certificate ( can be submitted within the year )

3. Dental and medical certificate ( can be submitted within the year )

Qualified ESC grantees will be granted a Php 9,000.00 tuition fee subsidy by the Department of Education. Available slots for incoming junior freshmen is 374.

Grades 8,9 and 10 are considered enrolled(no in-person enrollment).

Parents or guardians can come to school to settle the initial payment (please bring the clearance).

Senior High School Department

Entrance Exam for Grade 11-June 4 – August, 2020

Morning session: 7:30-9:30 10:00-12:00

Afternoon session: 1:00-3:00 3:30-5:00

Senior High School voucher Program will continue. Tuition Fee subsidy is paid by DepEd in the amount of Php 14,000.00 for incoming students from private schools and Php 17,500.00 for students coming from public schools.

Enrollment of Grade 11 -June 10-August, 2020

Grade 12 are considered enrolled (noin-person enrollment).

Please fill up the Enrolment Form and send.

Parents or guardians can come to school to settle the initial payment (please bring the clearance)

Requirements:
