The Zamora Memorial College (ZMC) envisions to be dynamic institution that operates under the core values of Zest , Moral, Integrity and produce graduates with desirable, value-laden, holistic and responsive Bicolanos who can readily respond to the ever-challenging society and become catalysts of change.

Mission

The Zamora Memorial College (ZMC) shall provide relevant education for life-long learning and shall contribute to the production of globally-competitive Filipino professional who are morally-upright, socially sensitive, pro-active, committed and responsive to social needs.

Goal

The Zamora Memorial College (ZMC) shall pursue the following goals.:

1. To equip graduates with a strong foundation in philosophy, literature, science and arts, research and community development.

2. To provide student with quality and affordable education;

3. To provide students the basic competencies for collegiate education and the world of work; and

Objectives

In pursuit of the four-fold goals, Zamora Memorial College aims to undertake the following objectives;

1. To provide equal opportunities to students in acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, values and attitude in adapting to the fast-changing world.

2. To develop the 21^st century skills among students to ensure their active and sustained participation in the learning process through relevant school programs and projects.

3. To provide students access to appropriate and updated technology and opportunities to learn and experience from sources outside of school; and

4. To ensure the development of the required repertoire of knowledge, skills and attitudes to become responsive and dedicated leaders and morally upright catalysts of change in society.
