As we honour blessed month of Hajj and the special ten days kindly note the following to share a portion of your sacrifice with local families in need.
Udhiyah Donation Meat Preparation Guidelines:
1 - Fresh Sacrificed Meat cut into small pieces - please ensure the meat meets the safety and regulatory guidelines of Alberta
2 - Put the pieces into medium sized Freezer Ziploc bags
3 - Bags Labelled with the kind of meat (Lamb, Beef, etc.)
4 - Freeze the Ziploc Bags of meat immediately
