ACADEMIC SUPPORT SYSTEM
The school provides several academic supports to help students in their learning. Teachers guide students through explanations, discussions, and practice activities during the lesson.
Students are also encouraged to participate in group work and pair discussions to improve their communication and teamwork skills. Teachers provide feedback on students’ work so they can understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
In addition, teachers use different learning resources such as textbooks, worksheets, and digital materials. Technology like projectors is sometimes used to make the lesson more engaging.

TEACHING SYSTEM
The teaching system at the Laboratory Schools is designed to support effective learning by combining clear instruction with interactive classroom activities. Teachers follow structured lesson plans that align with the objectives of the MATATAG Curriculum, which emphasizes mastery of essential learning competencies. The teaching system focuses on helping students understand the lesson through clear explanations and interactive activities. Teachers usually start the class by introducing the topic and reviewing the previous lesson. After that, the teacher explains the material and gives examples. Students are then involved in activities such as discussions, exercises, or short presentations to practice what they have learned. Overall, the learning process encourages active participation where students are involved in discussions and interactions with their classmates during the lesson.
