CV_2604.pdfHello, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Center for Natural Sciences (RCNS), KAIST, working under the mentorship of Prof. Jae Kyoung Kim. I received my Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from KAIST.
I develop mathematically grounded frameworks for prediction and decision-making in dynamic biological systems under limited, noisy, and heterogeneous data conditions. By unifying mechanistic modeling and data-driven AI through rigorous mathematical principles, my work enables data-efficient, interpretable learning with strong scientific foundations. Ultimately, I aim to translate these methods into robust and deployable decision-support systems for biological and clinical use.
