Hello, I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Biomedical Mathematics Group at the Institute for Basic Science, working under the mentorship of Prof. Jae Kyoung Kim. I earned my Ph.D. from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at KAIST.
My research develops mathematically principled frameworks for reliable prediction and decision making in dynamic biological systems, particularly under limited, noisy, and heterogeneous data. I integrate mechanistic modeling and data-driven AI through mathematics as a unifying framework, enabling learning that is both data-efficient and scientifically grounded. Ultimately, my goal is to build robust, interpretable, and deployable decision-support systems for biological and clinical applications.
