1. IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices (IEEE TED)
IEEE TED is the top notch peer reviewed international journal for the scientifically rigorous fundamental applied research related to electron devices such as theory, modeling, design, performance and reliability of electron devices. IEEE TED was established in 1952 as the Transactions of the IRE Professional Group on Electron Devices. Lots of scientists and engineers contributed their scientifically sophisticated works to the IEEE TED.
Especially, Dr. chenming hu and Dr. Tsu-Jae King Liu in UC Berkeley (who have been known for suggesting the ground-breaking concept of multi-gate structure) published IEEE TED with FinFET [1].
On top of that, Dr. K. C. Saraswat in Stanford University (who has been known for new and innovative materials, structures, and process technology of semiconductor devices) also published IEEE TED with the effect of scaling of interconnection [2].

2. Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP)
JJAP is the top notch peer reviewed international journal for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in all fields of applied physics operated by the Japanese Society of Applied Physics.
As shown in the figure, lots of scientists and engineers were awarded the Nobel prize in physics. Specifically, in 2014, Isamu Akasaki, Hiroshi Amano, and Shuji Nakamura were jointly awarded nobel prize in physics for their works in supporting light emitting diode (LED) which has enabled energy saving light sources [3-5]. Their works include lots of journal including JJAP as follows.
