Yoga teacher • Artist • Guide in embodied presence
I’m the founder of Tara Laya — a space where yoga, movement, art, and inner presence meet.
Rooted in the wisdom of the body and inspired by the cycles of nature, I offer gentle yet powerful yoga practices to help you reconnect with your breath, your rhythm, and your inner radiance.
I’m a certified yoga teacher, trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra, with a deepening interest in the therapeutic and artistic dimensions of movement. My background in contemporary dance, classical ballet, and visual arts infuses my teaching with creativity, sensitivity, and flow.
Before stepping fully into the path of yoga, I worked as a concept artist and photographer, and this visual, intuitive world still lives in my practice today. Yoga became my way to return to the body, to stillness, and to meaning — and I now share that path with others.
My mission is to create safe, beautiful spaces — online and offline — where you can move gently, breathe deeply, and rediscover the softness of being.
⸻
🤍 My approach is:
• Rooted in embodiment and self-listening
• Nourished by ritual, breath, and fluidity
• Open to all levels and all bodies
• Grounded in the belief that yoga is a return, not a performance
⸻
Whether you’re seeking strength, softness, inspiration or rest, I’m here to walk beside you — with presence, tenderness, and trust in the wisdom of your body.
📩 Let’s practice together — wherever you are in your journey.
