This research project was designed to explore and support the well-being of students in Grade 3-4 specifically targeting children aged 7 to 9 years. The sample size included a focused group of learners within this age bracket, allowing for a more personalized and age-appropriate approach to analysis and intervention.
Students were encouraged to engage in reflective practices by assessing themselves on these five parameters. Using a structured format, both pre- and post-intervention self-assessments were conducted. The initial assessment served to help students recognize their current state across the identified areas, while the follow-up assessment offered insights into the growth and progress they had made following the intervention sessions. This process not only promoted self-awareness but also empowered the students to take an active role in their own personal development.
Before any intervention, students engaged in self-assessment across five key parameters, selecting responses that best reflected their perspectives.
After the intervention, students participated in a self-assessment across five key parameters, selecting responses that best reflected their personal growth and perspectives.
