Forming clubs

We will start with the launch of a project website,eTwinning platform-Twin Space and Facebook group of our project. This project website will be created in the phase of preparation but it will be maintained and be active till the end of the project and even after the end of the project, where friends from all school partner schools can share information about the impact of this project.

Through advertisements on the notice boards in each partner school, the school sites. It will be paid particular care to disadvantaged groups.

A: Club ”Young European Explorer ”-Forming a project team of 15 students and 2 reserves. This club will be implemented every Monday of the week for the two –year period of the project. The aim of this club will be to organize different extracurricular activities. Workshops, meetings, cultural trips and trainings will be implemented. Presentations and different materials will be created and shared with all partner schools’ students. The school club will be established with the help of experts and educators working in the field of PBL and ICT. Students will participate in workshops at all level of activities described.

B: Students’ selection

Implementation of a transparent selection procedure of the participating students.Students will prepare Letters of motivation and after that interviews with the participants will be conducted.

C. Parents’ meetings

Parents’ meetings will be implemented in order the idea of the Erasmus + programme and the project.Parents will be given required declarations and documentation to sign in.

D. Questionnaires -filling in questionnaires from each participant-“What are the expectations from the project”.Bulgarian partner will be responsible for the implementation of this research. A Google form will be created and published in the project website.

E. Results - results from the questionnaires concluded and published in the website.
