Third transnationl meeting
Puławy, Poland
3rd of October – 7th of October 2022
Day 1:Sunday 2nd of October -ARRIVAL DAY
Picking up the teams form the airport in Warsaw two options:
1) Hiring the mini bus or two taxis – the cost approximately: 2000 zloty / 421 euro both ways per team ( one way – 210, 50 euro per team) – it’s a price for a taxi – in one taxi there will be place for up to 8 people; I will inform U about the price for a bus within days
2) Taking a train from Warsaw to Puławy: the price per student is 20,35 zl (about 4Euro ) + the shuttle ticket from the airport to the railway station about 4 ( 80 cents) zloty per student; for the teacher is 32,30 zl ( about 7 euros) + the shuttle fare about 8 zloty ( 1,40 euro). In Puławy the cost of the taxi to the hotel is about 20 zloty per team which is about 4,30 euros.

Day 2:Monday 3rd of October 2022

9: the teams will be picked up by the Polish teams and go to school either by taxi or a public transport

10:30 -13:45 LEGO WORKSHOPS ( as the workshops will be run by an expert and each team will finish the workshops with its own film as the project’s product we will have to pay for the workshops and we will receive certificates – 60 ZŁ/ 13 EUROS PER STUDENT)

14:45 - 17:00 – walking around Puławy town – the Polish students will take the guests students ; teachers together/ optional free time – iwona/ agata

13:30 –16 trip to Kazimierz town ( one of the oldest medieval towns in Poland) ( transport by the public bus – cost about 2,60 zl (60 cents per student) and about 3,60 zl (1,20Euros) for a teacher – one way; the guide will be from our school so the service will be for free
17 – free time in Puławy – shopping/ swimming pool/spa ( everything to discuss and as our guests will prefer) + dinner of a choice of our guests;
Day 4: Wednesday October the 5th

9:00 – meeting at the hotel and leaving for Czartoryski’s Park
9:30 – 12:30 live history lesson in the Museum and field game in the Park for students

15;00 – 20:00 free time for teachers and for students time with Polish students and their families

08:00 Excursion to the National Park “Plitvička jezera” (price approx. 50 € per
person). Price includes transport in comfortable bus, entrance tickets and lunch in
restaurant “Poljana” inside the National Park. (The entrance ticket price includes
electric boat ride on the lake and panorama train ride around the lake, visitor
insurance and the VAT).
