A.Workshop"Introduction of PBL in the Classroom"

This workshop will introduce the PBL approach and its application in the classroom. Teachers in each country will invite an experienced educator, who will implement the training.

Then teachers will collaborate with their European partners in Twin Space. The aim of this activity is to foster excellence in education by empowering project partners’ teachers to implement PBL activities while sharing best practices and experience with fellow participants. Introduction of WebQuest and its application in the classroom.

B.Workshop"Our gorgeous history"

This workshop will be implemented by history teachers. They will use PowerPoint presentations or Prezi to introduce an interesting period of history connected with foundation of each partners’country.

C. Elaboration of  WebQuest "Let's explore Europe"

Teachers will create a WebQuest in Weebly or Wixx .It will have all components: introduction, task, process, resources, evaluation and conclusion.

Students will have the following tasks :

Task 1: Create a website in English about your country,your region and your town. It must contain two lists: 

-5 Basic Historical facts about your country;

- 5 interesting places in your region and town.

Task 2: Create wall displays in your own language about other countries, using information from the websites created by students from those countries.

E. Online communication in Twinspace

Students' communication and collaboration directly in Twinspace. Its aim is building good relations between students of partner schools and giving them a chance to get to know each other, while strengthening their language skills.

Topic: Introduce yourself

Student from each school introduce themselves by their names and attach a short description of themselves (a few sentences). They describe their own appearance, personality, interest, talents, favourite sports or school subjects etc. They may also add some information about their family. Next, in each school teachers or parents take a picture of each student. The picture should depict student's personality as well as appearance (students can be creative here and use different costumes and props to show their personality and interests). The pictures should correspond with each student's written description. The descriptions are uploaded in file archive. The pictures without names are uploaded in image gallery.
