As we look back on the extensive preparations and the vibrant energy that marked the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬' 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐔𝐒𝐖𝐀𝐆), we are reminded of the power of collaboration, innovation, and community spirit that defines our institution. This year’s USWAG, held on August 22 as part of our 𝟐𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, was a significant milestone for everyone involved.
The success of this event would not have been possible without the invaluable contributions of the 𝐅𝐉𝐌𝐀, 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐀, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐀 organizations. Their dedication to mentoring and guiding our freshmen exemplified the supportive environment we strive to cultivate within our college and across the university. Their efforts were not just about event execution; they were about building a foundation of trust, camaraderie, and shared purpose that will carry our students forward.
On the day of the event, our collective efforts shone brightly at the university open field. The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 not only took home the 1𝒔𝒕 𝑹𝒖𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓-𝑼𝒑 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒔. These achievements are a reflection of the hard work, creativity, and unity that each member brought to the table. They serve as a reminder of what we can accomplish when we work together with passion and purpose.
We extend our deepest thanks to everyone who played a part in this success. The 𝐔𝐒𝐖𝐀𝐆 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 was more than an event; it was a celebration of our community’s strength and a promise of the exciting future that lies ahead for the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. Together, we will continue to elevate our standards, embracing the challenges and opportunities that come our way with the same enthusiasm and dedication that defined this remarkable experience.
