All of her fursuits are only available under these conditions. Not reading the ToS does not authorize you to act differently. Questions about this doc are always welcome. Keep the golden rule, which says:
“Make sure the artist gets what you mean, and let kindness become mutual”.

1. About My Work
I am not a full-time maker, and my completion time varies depending on my free time, health, and family matters.
The average estimated time for a finished suit or part is around 6 months, but it can be shorter or longer.
Please keep in mind that I also attend local conventions, which require preparation time and may temporarily delay progress.
Commissions open a few times per year and are announced publicly (on Telegram or Instagram).
You must apply with a clear and full reference sheet and details about what you want.
I choose projects based on my comfort level, skill, and design interest.
Once accepted, you’ll receive a quote and an estimated start date.
Accepted currencies: EUR (€) and HUF (Ft). I accept bank transfer or Revolut (Revolut fees may apply).
Full payment is required before any work begins. After your commission is accepted, I will send an invoice showing the full agreed price. Your commission enters the queue only once the payment has been received.
The invoice must be paid within 14 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, the commission may be cancelled and the slot given to the next customer.
Payment plans are not available. Exceptions may be considered in serious and unexpected circumstances (such as family emergencies, health issues or loss of employment), but must be discussed and agreed upon with me.
30% of the total commission price covers material costs and is non-refundable. See Section 6 for further information regarding cancellations and refunds.
Shipping costs are paid separately once the project is finished.
I will send work-in-progress (WIP) photos during key stages of your commission.
You may request up to two changes for free (like small adjustments in the shape of the base).
After that, extra changes cost 20€ each.
Big design changes after work has started (like full patterns or color edits) are not allowed or will need a price adjustment.
I will communicate any material issues (like fabric being out of stock) and suggest replacements.
You’ll receive final photos for approval before shipping.
You must pay the shipping fee before I send the item.
I ship with tracking whenever possible. Once shipped, I’m not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
Local pickup may be arranged in advance. Only in Hungary (Budapest, Vác, and local conventions I attend)
You can cancel your slot for free if you haven’t paid anything and I haven’t started your project.
If I have already started your suit, the deposit is non-refundable, and refunds depend on how much work is done.
If I ever need to cancel (due to personal reasons, health, or inability to complete), you’ll receive a fair refund based on progress.
No refunds after the project is finished and approved.
You own the physical fursuit or part once it’s fully paid for.

I keep the right to post photos and videos of my work online, unless you ask me before I post to keep it private or delay the reveal.
You can’t copy or reproduce my patterns, bases, or other parts for commercial use.
8. Privacy
Your personal details (like your real name, address, and contact info) are only used for your order and shipping.
They will never be shared with others except for shipping purposes.
9. Repairs
I offer free repair for clear craftsmanship issues (like stitching problems) within 1 year after delivery.
You pay the shipping costs for sending the item back and receiving it again.
Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or other makers’ modifications is not covered.
After the free repair period, I can still fix things for a small fee.
You must provide clear reference images and accurate measurements.
Please reply to messages and questions within a reasonable time (around a week).
Harassment or rude behavior will result in cancellation without refund.
I will not repair or support suits that are modified or used in inappropriate/unsafe ways.
If something outside of my control happens (like sickness, supply delays, or family matters), I will let you know and adjust your timeline. I’m not responsible for delays caused by these kinds of situations.
I may update or change my Terms of Service at any time.
However, once your commission has started, the version you agreed to at the time of payment will stay active for your project, even if newer terms are released later.
All important communication (like quotes, changes, and updates) will be written via email, Telegram, or another agreed method.
I’m based in Hungary, and any agreements follow Hungarian and EU law.
If any problem comes up, we’ll try to solve it through a calm, respectful conversation first.
