Openings are announced on our social media (mainly Telegram and Instagram) and our website.
order to give you a quote, we need a clear digital reference sheet of your character. Preferably front and back side, but an extra side view would be even more awesome! This way, we can check our stock for the perfect match. Please DO NOT have a shadow on the reference sheet. It will be confusing to decide being a shade or an actual color.
Once we open for commissions, you will see the button live on the Commission tab, and social media will have the link posted. These openings are open for a limited time. Mind that if there are a lot of forms sent in, then we will take on a limited number only (2-3 slots at max).

You are selected then you will be sent an email with the estimated prices based on your request.
You need to read our ToS and agree to it. This is the basic agreement for both of us (buyer and maker).
To secure and begin the work, we request a down payment of the material cost. This is a non-refundable price. The remaining can be paid via a payment plan (a smaller chunk of payment). We accept PayPal or bank transfer (Hungary only).
Work stars after the payment. In case of multiple commissions going on, then they will work at the same time.
Depending on design difficulty, some commissions may be made faster than others or vice versa. We will regularly send WIP pictures to the commissioner's selected communication hub. We will also tell our customers when we cannot work on the commissions for a longer period. As we have full-time jobs, other things can happen (sickness, family emergency, adult school studies, and exams).
If the commission is finished but the payment isn't done, no worries. We regularly go to conventions to exhibit the commission will be a visual piece.
We ship our fursuits in plastic bags with salt packets in shipping boxes. The packet will absorb any humidity in the bag on the long road. (Please, do not eat that thing.) Handpaws and badge will be hidden inside the head if possible. All parts will be shipped in one box. The shipping price wary depending on the box size and weight. Due to this, we can give the fixed shipping cost once the commission is finished. We could give a rough estimate once we see how big the end product will be.
