We all operate in an echo chamber of interests... that means that the things we consume reinforce our interests... 

Have you ever told someone you liked something and they STILL get you the same gifts? It's kinda like that. 

The difference is, when we consume media, our filters adjust and feed our beasts. If you REALLY like that one thing on IG, you will continue to get feedback. 

This is the same with ANY clicks or even the people you surround yourselves with. 

"I Don't Do That!"... are you sure? 

Do You.... 

• Only read books you are interested in? 

• Only watch certain shows? 

• Only listen to family or friends? 

• Have a social media account? 

• Buy things on Amazon?

Try.... 

•  Listening, reading or watching different news sources. 

• Check out a different type of book. 

• watch something different. 

• look at new social media groups or check out other stuff to adjust your FYP or feeds. 

• buy from independent or local sources.
