IPTS: This is a digital tool that I use to collaborate with caretakers, which connects to standard 8M.

What I Learned: I learned that caretakers appreciate positive notes about students. Not every reason for communication needs to be negative.

IPTS: I approach communication with students as open and collaborative. I try to make things clear to them, which connects to standard 8L.

What I Learned: I learned that over-communication can be beneficial and students need instructions in multiple forms, including digital.
