This section explains where to find our financial and activity reports and how to request organisational information. Existing reporting materials are in Ukrainian.

Annual reports

2023 — financial report.
2024 — financial report.
2025 — financial and final activity reports.
These materials are on the subpages of the Ukrainian “Звітність і політики” section. The 2026 annual report will be added after the reporting period ends and the report is approved.

NGO “Khvylia Dopomohy”, EDRPOU registration code 45275855. Legal address: 17 Trehubenka Street, apartment 55, Zaporizhzhia, 69006, Ukraine. This is the registered address; public reception takes place at 64 Gogol Street, Building II of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.

Policies and due diligence

To request registration, organisational or project documents, or information about approved policies, email hviladopomogizap@gmail.com. Please specify the document or question and the purpose of your request. Documents still in preparation are added after approval; public copies contain information intended for open access.

Project materials and procurement

Activity and project materials can be found in the Ukrainian Results section and its subpages. Current announcements, including procurement and vacancies, belong in News; expired announcements are retained in the archive by year.
