IDPs from Volnovakha District

For internally displaced people from Volnovakha District living or staying in Zaporizhzhia. Complete the Volnovakha District registration form.

IDPs from other communities of Donetsk Region

For internally displaced people from other districts and communities of Donetsk Region living in Zaporizhzhia. Complete the registration form for other communities of Donetsk Region. This form is not intended for people from Volnovakha District.

How to complete the forms

Choose the form for your district of residence before displacement. Both forms are in Ukrainian and answers must be in Ukrainian. Read the questions carefully and include household members as requested in the form. Call our hotline if you need help with registration.

Registration does not guarantee automatic receipt of assistance or a particular service. Support depends on the relevant programme, available resources and eligibility criteria.
