What to include

Briefly describe what happened, when it happened and what response or improvement you would like. You may leave out your name. If you want a reply, provide a contact method that is convenient for you.

Confidentiality

Information is used to review and respond to the issue within the organisation’s competence. Access is limited to people who need it for that purpose. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.

Review and response

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. If a concern needs further review, we will explain the next steps when we have a contact method for you.

Your right to seek assistance

Submitting a complaint or feedback does not affect your right to seek assistance. Anonymous feedback is accepted, although a direct reply requires a contact method.
