一、展示想法的工具

很多人以为PPT一种流于形式的工具，这其实只是它的一方面特性，PPT在一些时候展示出的态度要比内容更重要。很多人都做过汇报型的PPT，这种PPT制作起来繁琐又无趣，但是你有没有想过，这也是一年当中为数不多的可以向领导传达信息的机会。我们在平日中的工作，老板们是看不完整的，因此PPT就像是一张试卷，这一段时间工作的情况如何，了解学习到了那些内容，通过PPT都可以完整的表达出来。如果是对待客户的PPT，这份PPT中不仅仅包含着双方合作的信息，还暗含着一个公司的品牌文化，通过PPT的精致程度就能看出双方的重视程度。

二、职场能力的考验

制作职场中的PPT很考验个人的工作能力，其中可以分为思维能力和总结能力两个方面。新人的PPT做的乱，很多时候不是技术不过关，而是内容的思路太乱，没有足够的思维统筹能力就会出现这种情况。而老的职场员工则可以轻松缕清内容，有编排的组织内容的表达。新人另一个常犯的问题是内容不精练，内容的删减从来都不是一件轻松的事情，真正的高手往往能够一针见血，有见解的指出问题的关键，这也是做PPT的核心能力之一。
