Registration procedure and fees for XPRAG.it 2024 Conference.


The online registration for XPRAG.it 2024 Conference is now closed.


We have been pleased (and overwhelmed) by the rate of registrations. We announce that we are at full capacity and can no longer accept registrations.

XPRAG.it 2024 Conference fees

Fees are in euros (€), Italian VAT 22% included (in presence-only participation).


Registration procedure for XPRAG.it 2024 Conference

During the registration, you will be asked to indicate your personal and fiscal data associated with the payment, together with some additional information (e.g., preferences for lunches or the social dinner).


In the registration form, you will also be asked to upload a proof of payment (to be sent via bank transfer). We suggest to start filling in the form when you can proceed with the bank transfer.


We kindly ask you to complete the registration (with proof of payment) by August 25, 2024. Note that in-person participation is limited to 140 available seats, with priority to accepted speakers and co-authors.

The same form is used also for registering for the PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS.

Each line represents a possible combination of Registration type (Student/PhD Student vs. Senior/Other) plus Request of registration and lunches or pre-conference workshops, summing up to a total Fee.

 

·       Student/PhD Student: Registration Only = 140€

·       Student/PhD Student: Registration + 1 Lunch = 155€

·       Student/PhD Student: Registration + 2 Lunches = 170€

·       Student/PhD Student: Registration + pre-conference workshop = 190€

·       Student/PhD Student: Registration + 1 Lunch + pre-conference workshop = 205€

·       Student/PhD Student: Registration + 2 Lunches + pre-conference workshop = 220€

·       Post-doc/Senior/Other: Registration = 190€

·       Post-doc/Senior/Other: Registration + pre-conference workshop = 240€

·       Post-doc/Senior/Other: Registration + 1 Lunch = 205€

·       Post-doc/Senior/Other: Registration + 2 Lunches = 220€

·       Post-doc/Senior/Other: Registration + 1 Lunch + pre-conference workshop = 255€

·       Post-doc/Senior/Other: Registration + 2 Lunches +pre-conference workshop = 270€

Further information concerning fees and registration is available on the Conference website, but please refer to the form for more detailed information. Please let us know in advance and before the payment if, for reimbursement purposes, you need separate invoices.
