Kung Fu Man (SMVC EOH)

Basically I used the FX from the Infamous SMVC EOH Template
and made it less broken than editing off of the SMVC EOH Template
It is also Compatible for WinMUGEN.
Minus: No Announcer text.
Try not to be confused with either of them.
