Ikemen is an acronym of:

いつまでも 完成しない 永遠に 未完成 エンジン

Itsu made mo Kansei shinai Eien ni Mikansei ENgine

Pronounce it as Ike Men as one word
rather than eye kee-ah Men.
Keep in mind Japanese can vary on how you pronounce the words and letters.

All I mostly see is made for 3 platforms Windows, Mac, and Linux.

It must be your machine's anti-virus (like windows defender, Malwarebytes or maybe any other) triggering a False Positive.
This has happened to me a few times and some friends. It is definetly the machine learning which guess files wrong.

If it keeps going. Turn it off. Get the file (As soon as its done downloading). Then turn it back on.

Absolutely NOT. It is OFF LIMITS!

Especially requesting a character feels wrong. (Trust me. Making a single character via requested is a HUGE mistake in my mugen career).

And DONT try being like that infamous "MrBrunaco" or Nexcrack. (One of those request spammers)

Hey. 

Are you not noticing some characters have an option built inside their files,  Maybe because i wasn't used to A.I. Activating yet (Some has this classic "Winane AI" Method), Or how about the fact you're using the Wrong .def file depending on your MUGEN build you're using?
It is not a good idea using Winmugen.defs in later builds. Sure they work but they're not for activating AI this way.

If you're using a later .def  for 1.0 or later It can easily be adjust in the Engine's Options Menu. Since MUGEN's AI coding is updated a little since 1.0 and beyond.

Do not worry. Some character's .defs will work fine in Ikemen, Other Ikemen Builds or Even IKEMEN GO 

There are some things to consider

A1: I dont mind. Even if you contact me or anything. I will simply ask yes. But just consider if you're not one of those lazy editors.

A2: sorta speakin'. I will NOT tolerate any one of those low lazy editors. Even to make crappy paletteswap, spriteswaps or worse "Nameswaps"oh and In case if you think it's nonexistent Click this and >> DONT end up like this stupid author <<

And Q and A3:
Q: Why SHOULD I list my name my name in author by editing?
A3: So that way people know that I didn't make it or updated it. As someone else did. I don't want people confused.
Do NOT Put in "Me" in it. Say your own author name.

It's probably your anti virus (probably Windows Defender or any other) being all screw-y or something. Its not my fault. / AKA: Your anti virus is detecting a false positive. / Your anti virus is using some crappy algorithm

Try disabling your Anti virus (or any other) if it keeps happening.
