Its all simply this: A joke character made to mock/parody tons of fanon/fanmade resprites over SMW Luigi. (This does not aim for the other styles)
Because All stars' Resprite is still the freaking best. and some people cant shut up complaining.

Btw if you were to know a bit more on me (The spriters side). You would easily know I like all stars being the best out of the rest.

Unlike the original bootleg. the Ring doesnt become an uncollectable single ring. But instead 3 rings are collectable to fill your health. (still gotta get them before they vanish)
