Award Regulations

The Society establishes the following awards to encourage junior researchers:

• X-ICT2S3 Best Paper Award

• X-ICT2S3 Student Award

• X-ICT2S3 Best Conversant Award

1. Best Paper Award

Determined according to <Manuscript Submission> Article 6.

2. Student Award

For each session in the Symposium or Workshop, session chairs select 1–2 distinguished presentations (or none) based on Article 10. To avoid conflict with the Best Paper Award, duplicate winners will be minimized.

3. Best Conversant Award

Awarded to participants who actively contribute constructive questions across all sessions. Session chairs select candidates; final decisions are made by the X-ICT2S3 Organizing Committee.
