soinc.org: The Science Olympiad national website. The event pages have links to a lot of online resources as well as official study materials.

illinoisolympiad.org: The state website. There isn't much here for studying but there is information about dates and locations of competitions.

scioly.org: The Science Olympiad student center. This has a lot of helpful information including practice tests and a wiki with descriptions of events.
