All you have to do to access free testing is:
Call Jim Mildenberger at (307)-777-7425 or Chayse Rowley at (307)-777-8987 with the Wyoming Public Health Laboratory. Let them know where you are and that you are interested in mosquito pool testing.
They will ship you a collection kit at no charge.
Collect your mosquitoes and keep them cold until you are ready to ship them to the health lab.
Fill out as much information as you can on the requisition form included in your kit.
Drop off your collection kit at one of the health lab courier sites across the state (see the list of locations below). They will provide you with a new kit.
Repeat as needed throughout the season.
