Mosquito Life Cycle

The mosquito life cycle has several different stages that span both the aquatic and terrestrial environments. Much of the work done by mosquito control experts in Wyoming focuses on the aquatic stages due to its effectiveness in population reduction and its ability to prevent disease transmission. Preventing mosquitoes from reaching adulthood is one of our best tools for preventing mosquito bites and the laying of eggs for the next generation.
