We are glad you are here! Our training intention at Yoga Pod is to facilitate a learning environment of self-discovery paired with practical skills to teach yoga and deepen your personal practice.
We believe our methodology is impactful; however, it does require hands-on experience and your dedication to achieve the full potential of the material we will cover.
The amount of effort you put into this program is directly related to the results you’ll receive.
Together we will cover the study of foundational postures, modifications, anatomy, history + philosophy, and techniques to enhance the classroom experience.
Whether you decide to teach yoga or not, after you complete this course you will find yoga resides everywhere – both on and off the mat.

Throughout this training you will be absorbing a solid amount of material. Remember to be patient with yourself as you journey along.
