DISCLAIMER: I am not a medical professional nor do I design in medical manufacturing. I am sharing this design because I believe it will be helpful for non-medical essential workers who still need equipment. A faceshield, when used with a face mask, can greatly increase your level of protection. Use at your own risk.

Settings On Prusa MKi3 Printer with .4 nozzle:
30 mins for 3 Clips
Printed using PLA
Scale: 100% for thick billed caps, 90% for thin billed caps
Layer Height: .30mm
Infill: 40%
Perimeters: 2
No brim or supports
I updated the design to account for the fact that the size of most DIY shield material is sized 8.5x11", which was too small to cover the for the outer brim of a cap (about 15"), leaving gaps on the side.
I created two new inset hangers which reduce the material length needed to get full coverage.
I also reduced the thickness and overall length of the design to keep the print time to 10 mins per piece.
This webpage is not really associated with the WWWW Project, which attempts to provide the public with open source designs for civic-minded body cameras to be used in activist actions, but I already had the site built and since time was of the essence, I decided to publish here rather than making an entirely new website.
