While I have color coded my pieces for this tutorial (e.g. blue = brick, green = plate), know that you can use any color pieces you like.
The design has four levels or layers of pieces. Below you will see schematics sh98owing what pieces to add on each layer. The pieces for each new layer appear over a de-saturated image of the previous layer
superglue each piece to each other. A precision tip is useful for this.
(2-6) 2x2 plates
(2) 2x8 plates
Add as many sets of 2x2 plates to achieve a comfortable height which is slightly taller than the thickness of your phone when laying on the base plate. For most, a single set of plates is enough to clear the phone, however, this may differ based on phone and/or case.
1. Add 2 elastics in an "X" pattern as shown above.
2. Insert your phone into the holder.
1. hook two bungee cords together.
note: getting the correct combination of bungee cord length for your body may take a few tries. Fit should be snug but not uncomfortable.2. Insert one end of the bungee cord hook into the into the holes on the top of the holder we made with the building blocks
3. wrap the cord across your neck around your back to the opposite side of your body,
Depending on the slope of your chest, you may end up taking video at too much of an upward angle. We can correct this somewhat by using, you guessed it, more bulding blocks!!!!
You will need (4-6) 2x6 bricks.
Note: you do not need to superglue these bricks together.
