Delete CPT Code from Personal List

To delete a CPT Code from your personal list , touch the record you wish to delete and swipe left. Upon swiping left, the delete button will be displayed. Click the delete button to permanently delete the code from the personal list of CPT Codes. NOTE: The record will be permanently deleted and can not be restored. It must be added again if you need to use that code.
