Each activity is a record entered by the user. The record contains the following information:
This record is saved to the cloud database and becomes a activity that can be queried in the future to audit compensation.
The activities displayed in the app window are the currently saved activities that are associated with the selected location and the selected date.
The currently selected location is displayed in the upper left portion of the app window. The location displayed, automatically become the location of record when a activity is created. The selected location can be changed by clicking on the Location tab in the tab menu at the bottom of the app window.
The currently selected date is displayed in the upper right portion of the app window. The date displayed, automatically become the date of record when a activity is created. The selected date can be changed by clicking on the Calendar button next the selected date.
To add an activity, click on the "+" sign in the upper right portion of the app window. You will taken to the app window that displays all the CPT Codes that you added to your personal listing of codes. Simply touch the code you wish to use and the record will be created using the CPT code information, the currently selected location and the current date.
To delete an activity, touch the record you wish to delete and swipe left. Upon swiping left, the delete button will be displayed. Click the delete button the permanently delete the activity from the list of activities that are associated with that location and date. NOTE: The record will be permanently deleted and can not be restored.
