Add an Activity

Each box displayed in the application window represent a CPT Code that has been saved to your personal list of codes. To save the code to your list of activities, click on the desired code box. A message will be displayed that confirms the selection of the code.

You can dismiss the message by clicking OK or the message will disappear automatically in 3 seconds. For efficiency, a user may keep this app window open and just continue to add codes as they see patients.

Search for New CPT Code

If you need a CPT Code that isn't currently in your personal list of codes, just click on the magnifying glass in the bottom right side of the application window. You will be take to a new window where you can search for the desired code. Once the new code is found and saved, it will be come part of your personal list of CPT code. To use the new code, just go back to your Add Activity window and select the new code.
