Ms. Rita E. Riddle, CESO V

Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Trustee

GSIS Trustee Espina-Riddle graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1984 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration.

She was appointed to the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Board as one of the esteemed trustees, bringing glory to the Sintang Paaralan being as the eminent alumna of the country's first and national polytechnic university.

Prior to her appointment as a Member of the Board of Trustees, she served as the Schools Division Superintendent of the Department of Education – Division of Makati, a position she also held in the Division of DepEd Caloocan (2015). She was the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of the DepEd – Division of Paranaque (2010) and an Administrative Officer V in the Division of Mandaluyong (2004). Relative to her third-level stint in the government/bureaucracy, she holds the Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) V rank granted/awarded by the Career Executive Service Board. Right now, she serves as the Schools Division Superintendent of the Division of City Schools of Manila (DepEd-Manila).

Mr. Eugene Tamayo III

Assistant Vice President - Philippine National Bank

Bachelor of Administration alumnus Mr. Eugene A. Tamayo III has been appointed as Assistant Vice President of the Philippine National Bank.

Before his appointment last July 1, Tamayo served as Senior Manager and Division Head of PNB from 2009 to June 2021.

Ms. Mendoza is a graduate of the Bachelor in Office Administration Batch 1989 and is currently a Bank Manager at BDO Leon Guinto San Andres Branch.
